Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a $7 flat rate. Most orders ship via USPS first class with transit time being between 3-5 business days, depending on location. Orders will ship within 1-2 business days from the original order date. You will receive an emailed receipt with order details. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Large and oversize freight charges may apply on some items.

Easy Returns

We hope you love your items purchased at The Jean Marie Boutique!

We now offer return protection for all orders called Redo, which you can purchase at checkout. If you purchase Redo for $1.98 with your order, your return shipping label will be covered! You can return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for FREE.* Redo covers all items in the cart, you do not need to purchase Redo for each item.

If you choose not to buy Redo, or would like a full refund, you can still return items, but you will have to cover the cost of the return shipping label. See below for policy.

Free returns via Redo must follow all guidelines listed within the return policy. Items must be returned within the designated return window. To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, items must be in new condition, unwashed, and all tags attached. Sale and special discounted items are not eligible for free returns.

All regular price purchases will be eligible for refund to original payment method or store credit. Merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Returns must be within 30 days of receiving order. Shipping costs are non-refundable & return shipping will be the customer's responsibility. If returned items are not within the return policy a restocking fee up to 50% will apply. Sale & clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange, no exceptions.

Gift Cards

If you purchased a gift card and your code is not working at checkout, please contact us at hello@thejeanmarieboutique.com. We have some codes that were generated that are not compatible with our new software!
